This 5th Annual Washington DC Halloween Bar Crawl takes place Saturday, October 29th from 4 pm until midnight. Which will begin at Nellie’s Sports Bar located at 900 U Street Northwest, Washington DC, 20001. This is an exclusively 21+ event.
